Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation and Scheduling:

- Designing examination timetables for internal and external assessments.
- Ensuring proper allocation of examination venues and invigilators.

Coordination with Departments:

- Collaborating with academic departments for question paper setting and syllabus coverage.
- Addressing departmental queries related to examinations.

Conduct of Examinations:

- Overseeing the smooth execution of internal tests, mid-term, and final examinations.
- Ensuring a fair and disciplined examination environment.

Result Processing:

- Coordinating with faculty for the evaluation of answer scripts.
- Compiling, verifying, and publishing results within the stipulated timeline.

Grievance Redressal:

- Addressing examination-related grievances of students and faculty.
- Facilitating re-evaluation or re-checking of answer scripts as per policy.

Record Maintenance:

- Safeguarding records of examination schedules, question papers, and results.
- Archiving academic performance data for future reference.

Examination Guidelines

Students are required to adhere strictly to the examination rules and regulations.
Malpractice of any form is strictly prohibited and will attract disciplinary action.
Examination schedules and hall tickets are made available well in advance for student convenience.
