Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell is a platform where students, faculty, and staff can raise their concerns related to academics, infrastructure, campus facilities, or any other issues affecting their experience at the college.
Objectives:
- To provide a transparent and impartial mechanism for resolving grievances.
- To ensure fair and timely redressal of concerns in a confidential manner.
- To foster trust and mutual respect among all members of the college community.
Scope:
The cell addresses grievances related to:
- Academic matters, such as evaluation, attendance, and teaching quality.
- Administrative issues, including hostel facilities and campus amenities.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of unfair treatment.
Grievance Submission Process:

- Submissions should include detailed information about the concern for effective resolution.
- Complaints are reviewed by the Grievance Committee, and resolutions are communicated promptly.
Anti-Ragging Cell
The Anti-Ragging Cell is dedicated to ensuring a ragging-free environment, upholding the dignity and rights of all students. Strict adherence to the guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other regulatory bodies is maintained.
What is Ragging?
Ragging includes any form of physical or mental abuse, bullying, or harassment that undermines a student’s dignity. It is a punishable offense under the Indian Penal Code and college policies.
Anti-Ragging Policy:
- Zero tolerance toward any form of ragging on campus, hostels, or during college activities.
- Immediate action against perpetrators, including suspension, expulsion, or legal action.
Preventive Measures:
- Display of anti-ragging guidelines across the campus.
- Regular awareness campaigns, seminars, and workshops.
- Vigilant monitoring by staff, security personnel, and CCTV surveillance.
Reporting Ragging Incidents:
